Strong communication skills – English & Hindi mandatory, plus one local language (Telugu)

Minimum 2 years of experience

Graduate in any discipline or Diploma holder

Positive attitude and quick learner

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Allocate calls to ASPs/Payroll engineers via CRM

Follow up with ASPs for timely updates and ensure faster closures

Willingness to work on rosters, including Sundays/holidays

Ability to handle irate customers calmly and professionally

Prior experience with CRM software preferred

Ability to respond to customer emails, chats, and WhatsApp messages
