Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads.
Explain project details, offers, and property features to clients.
Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects regularly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
Follow up on inquiries received through various marketing channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and customer support.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Telecalling/Telesales experience.
Experience in Real Estate will be preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
English communication will be an added advantage
