• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and leads.

• Explain project details, offers, and property features to clients.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable property options.

• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

• Schedule site visits and follow up with prospects regularly.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.

• Follow up on inquiries received through various marketing channels.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of Telecalling/Telesales experience.

• Experience in Real Estate will be preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

• English communication will be an added advantage
