Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls related to home appliance products and services. The role involves assisting customers with product inquiries, service requests, complaints, and sales support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to home appliances (e.g., ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, microwaves).
Provide product information, pricing details, and ongoing offers to customers.
Assist customers with service requests, installation scheduling, and complaint resolution.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with service technicians and internal teams for timely issue resolution.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).
Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language is a plus).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Sales-oriented mindset with good persuasion skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales in the home appliance or consumer durable industry.
Knowledge of brands like LG Electronics, Samsung Electronics, or Whirlpool Corporation.
Familiarity with service processes and warranty handling.
