Job Description – EdTech Telecaller

Position: Telecaller / Academic Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to students and parents and provide information about our courses and educational programs.

Understand students’ educational requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Counsel students regarding course details, fees, benefits, and admission procedures.

Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.

Maintain regular communication with prospective students and parents.

Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and monthly admission targets.

Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel on a regular basis.

Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate guidance.

Coordinate with the admission and counselling team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and counselling abilities.

Fluency in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Ability to handle calls and follow-ups professionally.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and computer operations.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily call and talk-time targets.

Lead follow-up and conversion rate.

Monthly registration and admission targets.

Proper and timely CRM/lead management.
