Job Description (JD)

Job Role:
The Telecaller cum Counsellor will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counselling students/parents, and converting inquiries into admissions for various courses offered by the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads

• Receive and handle inbound inquiry calls professionally

• Provide detailed information about courses, fees, admission process, scholarships, and career options

• Counsel students based on their academic background and career goals

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication

• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/register

• Coordinate with the admission and academic team when required

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and admission targets

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

• Experience:

  • Freshers can apply

  • Experience in education counselling/telecalling preferred

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic to good preferred)

• Convincing and counselling skills

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, calling software/CRM)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle students and parents patiently

• Target-oriented approach

• Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
