About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).
Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid media.
Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
Prepare and present campaign performance reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.
Strong understanding of PPC, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and reporting abilities.
