About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to generate quality leads for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement strategies to maximize ROI.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc.).

• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.

• Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, lead generation, and paid media.

• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.

• Prepare and present campaign performance reports on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of PPC, lead generation funnels, and conversion optimization.

• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, etc.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
