Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our construction company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, following up with prospective buyers, and scheduling site visits for residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for construction projects.

• Explain project details, property features, pricing, and available offers to interested customers.

• Follow up with prospective buyers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule site visits and meetings with the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer information and lead databases.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to convert leads into potential customers.

• Maintain daily call records and submit follow-up reports.

• Follow up with customers until the site visit or sales meeting is completed.
  

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.

• Confident and polite telephone etiquette.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and WhatsApp.

• Good follow-up skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

• Experience in real estate, construction, or property sales will be an advantage.
