Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Follow up with potential and existing customers.

• Maintain proper records of calls and customer details.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the internal team whenever required.

• Ensure professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and pleasant personality.

• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.

• Ability to handle customers professionally.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
