Job Description

We are looking for confident and target-oriented Tele-Caller / Telesales Executive to generate leads, communicate with customers, promote company products/services, and convert prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities, Required Skills & KPIs

• Outbound Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective and existing customers, and convert leads into sales.

• Sales & Customer Management: Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products/services, achieve sales targets, handle queries and objections professionally, and maintain strong customer relationships.

• CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, sales, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM/database, ensuring proper follow-up completion and data accuracy.

• Communication & Negotiation: Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil & Telugu, along with strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Performance & Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to outbound calls, leads generated, sales conversions, and revenue achieved.

• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction during every interaction.

• Professionalism & Time Management: Manage time effectively, remain self-motivated and target-oriented, and represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
