Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at BLINKIT. The role offers ₹11,700 - ₹20,700 Recruitment Telecaller is responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to source, screen, and onboard blue-collar candidates. This role involves explaining job opportunities in simple terms, guiding candidates through the registration process, and following up to ensure they successfully start working.

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Make outbound calls daily to potential candidates using provided databases.

• Role Pitching: Clearly explain the job role, payout structures, working hours, and benefits in the candidate's preferred local language (e.g., Marathi, Hindi, or English).

• Initial Screening: Verify basic candidate requirements, such as possessing a valid driver's license, a smartphone, a two-wheeler, or specific location availability.

• Onboarding Assistance: Guide candidates step-by-step through app installations, document uploads (Aadhaar, PAN, bank details), and profile creation.

• Follow-Up & Activation: Call newly registered candidates to motivate them, resolve any early challenges, and ensure they complete their required targets, like hitting their first-order delivery.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 6 months of experience. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
