Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential candidates, explain training programs, and drive enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and experience in handling outbound calls and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates/leads.
Explain training programs, course details, and benefits.
Generate interest and convert leads into enrollments.
Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
Address candidate queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update candidate records in Excel/CRM.
Coordinate with the training and placement teams.
Schedule counseling sessions and interviews.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Prepare call reports and share updates with management.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Eligibility
Any Graduate
Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telemarketing, Customer Support, Education Counseling, or Lead Generation.
