Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Voice Process) who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Candidates should be fluent in English & Hindi or English & Telugu and be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide support through inbound and outbound voice calls.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory).
Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Voice Process / BPO.
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
English & Hindi OR
English & Telugu
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: Up to ₹23,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance).
