Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer complaints, service requests, and escalations.
• Coordinate with technical, billing, and support teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA/TAT adherence and timely customer updates.
• Maintain complaint records and update CRM/ticketing systems.
• Follow up on pending cases until closure.
• Deliver excellent customer service and customer experience.
Eligibility:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Telecalling, Customer Support, Complaint Handling, or Contact Centre Operations.
• Experience in Telecom, ISP, Broadband, BPO, or Customer Support processes preferred.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Immediate joiners only.
