Job Description

We are hiring a Telesales Executive / Telecaller responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain product/service details clearly
Identify customer needs and close sales
Achieve assigned sales targets
Follow up with interested leads
Maintain accurate call and customer records

Requirements

Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Experience in telesales/telecalling preferred (freshers can apply)
Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
Basic computer knowledge
