Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for the Swiggy process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via calls

 Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

 Provide accurate information about services and orders

 Maintain proper records of customer interactions

 Ensure customer satisfaction with quality service

 Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply)

 Good communication skills in English and Hindi

 Basic computer knowledge
