Job Title: Telecommunications Executive – International Process

Location: Noida, Sector 60

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week Offs

Job Description:

We are hiring Telecommunications Executives for an International Process. The role involves handling customer interactions primarily through chat support (70%) and voice support (30%). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and prior experience in chat and/or voice processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and concerns via chat (70%) and voice calls (30%)

• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to international customers

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Document customer interactions clearly and correctly

• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

• Prior experience in international chat process is mandatory

• Experience in voice process is an added advantage

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs

• Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with BPO/KPO international process experience

• Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously

• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
