Tele caller Astrologer / Astrology Consultation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for confident, spiritually inclined, and communication-skilled Telecaller Astrologers who can handle astrology  calls, guide clients astrologically, and build trust through meaningful conversations.

The candidate should have basic to Basic knowledge of Vedic astrology and should be comfortable speaking with clients over phone .

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound astrology  calls.

· Understand client concerns related to career, marriage, finance, health, relationships, and spirituality.

· Analyse basic things in Kundli Vedic astrology Charts & principles.

· Explain simple astrological insights in a simple and convincing manner.

· Suggest appropriate remedies, gemstones, poojas, or consultations as per requirement.

· Maintain proper client follow-up and relationship management.

· Convert inquiry calls into paid consultations and long-term clients.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during consultations.

· Coordinate with the internal team for appointments and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Good knowledge of Simple Vedic Astrology.

· Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi  (English is an added advantage).

· Ability to handle emotional and sensitive client conversations.

· Basic understanding of planets, dashas, transits, yogas, and remedies.

· Comfortable using computer systems, CRM, WhatsApp, Zoom, and calling software.

· Positive attitude, patience, and spiritual inclination.

Preferred Experience

· Experience in astrology consultation, tele calling, counseling, or spiritual services preferred.

· Freshers with strong astrology knowledge and communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives

· Fixed Salary

· Performance-based bonuses on consultation conversions and client retention.

Working Days & Timing

· 6 Days Working

· Timing: 10 AM – 6 PM (can be customized as per business needs)
