Tele Counsellor (Outbound Calling)

⏳ Experience:

0 – 5 Years
(Freshers + Experienced both can apply)

🎓 Education:

Minimum 12th Pass (Result in hand)

💰 Salary:

Fresher: ₹16K – ₹20K
Experienced: Up to ₹25K
Incentives applicable

🕒 Working Days & Timing:

Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday Fixed Off

📌 Job Responsibilities:

Outbound calls to interested students (leads provided by company)
Inform & explain courses offered by Frankfinn
Convince students to attend free walk-in seminars
Handle queries and maintain call records
Regular follow-up with interested candidates

✅ Requirements:

Good communication in Hindi & English
Confident and talkative personality
Experience in telecalling / BPO / lead generation preferred
Good speech clarity (No MTI issue)
Age: 18 – 34 years
