Blended voice role — approx 60% inbound (orders, complaints, enquiries) and 40% outbound (new customer calling, follow-ups, franchise & leasing leads). Targets: 60–80 dials/day with 40+ connected and 8 meaningful conversations logged; convert 20%+ of enquiry calls into orders with an upsell attempt on every call; complaint first response within 30 min and 90% closed in 24 hrs; 5+ qualified franchise/leasing leads per week; every call logged same day with next action; contact every corporate & bulk customer monthly (30%+ repeat on bulk).

🛠 Skills needed
Fluent confident Hindi + working English (Delhi corporate buyer and Dwarka walk-in equally). Clear voice — this is 80% of the job. WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, basic CRM. Complaint handling incl. Swiggy/Zomato partner-side. Upselling & franchise/leasing lead qualification. Patient with angry customers, not discouraged by cold-call rejection, trustworthy with customer data & rate card.

📅 Experience required
1–3 years in telecalling, customer support, BPO, food-delivery support, or a retail/real-estate sales desk. Class 12 minimum, graduate preferred. Lives within ~1.5 hr commute of Dwarka (biggest attrition risk).
