Tele calling

We are hiring a Personal Loan Telecaller who will handle outbound calls and generate personal loan sales. The candidate should be confident, target-driven, and able to convert leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan offers

• Explain loan amount, interest rate, tenure, and eligibility

• Check customer details (salary, company, CIBIL score)

• Guide customers about required documents (Aadhar, PAN, Bank Statement, Payslip)

• Follow up regularly to close deals

• Coordinate with bank/NBFC for loan processing

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

• Experience in telecalling or loan sales preferred

• Basic knowledge of Personal Loan process

Skills:

• Convincing & negotiation skills

• Customer handling over phone

• Target-oriented approach

• Basic computer knowledge
