Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Maintain customer records and update databases regularly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service during calls.
