About the Role

Human Heroes Services Company Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele callers for Education Counselling. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining educational programs, generating leads, and assisting students in choosing suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Provide information about courses, programs, admissions, and career opportunities.

• Counsel students regarding educational options and guide them through the admission process.

• Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Generate and convert leads into admissions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and student data in the CRM system.

• Address student queries and provide timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to achieve enrollment targets.

• Maintain a professional and positive approach while interacting with students and parents.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.

• Ability to persuade and build rapport with students.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• 0 to 6 months of experience in tele calling, customer service, or education counselling is preferred.
