• Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential donors, supporters, and volunteers

2. Explain the NGO’s mission, programs, and impact clearly and convincingly

3. Encourage donations, event participation, or volunteer involvement

4. Follow up with existing donors and supporters

5. Maintain accurate call records and donor information

6. Handle queries politely and professionally

7. Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets

8. Maintain confidentiality and ethical communication standards

Requires Skills and Qualification:

1. Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate preferred

2. Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English/Hindi/Regional language]

3. Ability to persuade and build rapport over the phoneBasic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)Positive attitude, patience, and empathy

4. Prior experience in tele calling/fundraising is an advantage
