We are hiring skilled Technical Support Executives for our office in Noida Sector 62. If you have a technical background and enjoy solving customer issues, this role is perfect for you.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to international customers

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, O365, and networking

Manage queries related to Active Directory, DNS & system access

Ensure quick and effective issue resolution

🔹 Eligibility:

Strong English communication skills (B2+) for international process

Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (Windows, Networking)

Experience in international voice process is a plus

Open to night/rotational shifts
