Job Title: Technical Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Technical Support Executive to provide technical assistance to customers, franchise partners, and internal teams. The role involves troubleshooting software and application issues, resolving customer queries, managing support tickets, and ensuring timely issue resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support via phone, email, WhatsApp, chat, and remote tools.

• Troubleshoot software, application, website, and basic network issues.

• Create, track, and resolve support tickets within SLA.

• Assist users with installation, login, configuration, and onboarding.

• Coordinate with development and other teams.

• Maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base.

• Train customers on new features and software usage.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Android, and basic software troubleshooting.

• Good documentation and time management skills.
