About the Role

We are looking for a Client Service & Technical Support Executive to manage customer communication and coordinate with our Sales, Presales, Technical and Vendor teams.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability and a basic understanding of IT products and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages and emails
• Understand and document customer requirements
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams
• Follow up on quotations, orders and service requests
• Coordinate with vendors/distributors for product information and pricing
• Maintain customer and enquiry records
• Track pending requirements and ensure timely follow-up
• Assist the Presales/Technical team in collecting customer requirements
• Prepare basic Excel reports, requirement sheets and documents
• Provide regular updates to customers
• Coordinate service and project-related activities
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate technical team

Technical Knowledge Preferred:

• Basic Networking knowledge
• Firewall
• Servers
• Storage / NAS
• CCTV / NVR
• Microsoft 365
• Cloud
• Backup

Candidate Profile:

• 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred
• Graduate preferred
• Good English and Hindi communication skills
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word and professional emails
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and technology
• Professional, organized and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Must be comfortable working regularly from our Gurugram office

Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
