Techincal Support Executive (Voice Process)

Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Executive for our Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to our customers through voice communication. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for technical issues via voice communication.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues for customers.

• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve their queries.

• Document customer interactions and issues in the support system.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other support teams and departments to escalate complex issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team.

• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus.
