Team Lead - Customer Retention and Reactivation

Devops Lead We are looking for a Team Lead – Customer Retention & Reactivation to manage a team of callers and drive repeat transactions from existing customers. The role will own the customer reactivation funnel from calling and requirement identification to follow-up, conversion, and transaction completion. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of callers responsible for customer reactivation. Drive daily, weekly, and monthly calling, conversion, transaction, and revenue targets. Identify and prioritise existing customers with high potential for repeat transactions. Drive customer engagement through structured calling and follow-ups. Monitor the complete funnel from contact → requirement → follow-up → transaction. Track team productivity, connect rates, conversion, repeat transactions, and revenue. Coach the team on customer conversations, objection handling, and closing. Analyse MIS and customer behaviour to improve conversion and team performance. Capture customer feedback and coordinate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to resolve issues.
