We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at CapitalSetu Pvt Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential business clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified B2B prospects.
Deliver compelling product/service presentations tailored to business clients' needs.
Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and value propositions over the phone or via virtual meetings.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Follow up with prospects to address queries and move them through the sales funnel.
Handle objections professionally and negotiate pricing or contract terms.
Close sales effectively to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales progress in CRM software.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
Coordinate with marketing, account management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Share market feedback and insights with internal stakeholders to improve offerings.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
