Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation to customers
Generate and convert quality leads through telecalling
Regular follow-up with interested customers to close sales
Maintain and update customer details in Excel / manual records
Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets
Support and guide junior telecallers when required
