Urgent Hiring – Telecaller Role Overview:The Telecaller will support CPV and verification operations by making customer, client, and internal coordination calls to ensure timely verification, feedback collection, and field team confirmation.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls for state-wise KYC verification, appointment scheduling, and confirmationConduct client feedback calls to capture service experience and quality inputsPerform customer background verification and confirmation callsCoordinate with field teams through back-check and validation callsMaintain accurate call logs and follow defined verification scripts and processesLanguage Requirements:Mandatory: Fluent in Hindi and EnglishPreferred: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or MalayalamQualifications & Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or verification callingPrior experience in CPV, KYC, or BFSI calling preferredStrong communication skills and professional call-handling abilityLocation: Hyderabad Interested candidates can share their CV on: 9220170448
