About the Role

We are looking for a confident, articulate, and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, customer relationship management, or a related role.

Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred. Strong English communication skills and the ability to understand customer requirements and effectively present property offerings are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property needs.

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate qualified leads.

Explain project details, property features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and location benefits to potential customers.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.

Qualify leads and schedule property site visits and meetings with the sales team.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

Achieve assigned lead-conversion, follow-up, and site-visit targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely information.

Stay updated on the company's projects, inventory, pricing, and real estate market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in pre-sales, telecalling, inside sales, customer service, or real estate.

Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Confident and professional telephone communication.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a target-driven environment.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Ability to work independently as well as with a sales team.
