📍 Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West (Mumbai)

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

🕐 Shift: Rotational Shifts (24/7) — No Midnight Shifts

📅 Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Weekoffs

💰 Salary: Up to ₹40,000 In-Hand (Depends on Last Drawn Salary)

🚌 Transportation: No Company Transportation

Eligibility & Skills

- HSC / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Customer Service

- Medical Billing experience preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively

- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills

- Willingness to work rotational US shifts

Preferred Experience

- Claims Processing

- Provider Support

- Patient Support

- Revenue Cycle Management

- Prior BPO / Healthcare Support experience
