Job description:

Job Type: Full-time

Process: Blended Support

Experience: Freshers & Experienced are welcome

Education: HSC / Graduate

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 In-Hand per month

Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai

Shift: (5days working, 2offs)

Working Hours: 8 hours working + 1 hour break

Interview Rounds:

HR Round (Virtual)

Operations Round (Face-to-Face)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through email chat AND voice support.

Provide accurate information and timely resolution.

Coordinate with internal teams when required.

Requirements:

Good written English communication skills.

Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Basic computer skills.

Immediate joiners preferred.
