Role Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an E-commerce Seller Support Process in Pune.

The selected candidates will be responsible for providing effective support and assistance to sellers/customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and relevant experience in E-commerce Seller Support, Customer Service, or International Customer Support, depending on their professional background.

This position is strictly open to local candidates residing in Pune. Candidates willing to relocate need not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle seller/customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.

• Deliver professional and effective customer support through the assigned communication channels.

• Understand customer or seller concerns and resolve queries within the defined process guidelines.

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Handle escalations professionally and provide timely resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.

• Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.

• Meet assigned performance, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Eligibility

Candidates from E-commerce Seller Support / Customer Service Background

• Candidates with experience in E-commerce Seller Support or Customer Service can apply.

• Both International and Domestic Customer Service experience will be considered.

• B2 level communication skills are mandatory.

Candidates from Non-E-commerce Background

• Candidates from non-e-commerce backgrounds may also be considered.

• However, candidates must have International Customer Service experience.

• B2+ level communication skills are mandatory.

Important Location Requirement

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES FROM PUNE ARE REQUIRED.

Candidates currently residing outside Pune or candidates planning to relocate can be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
