Position: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (B2B Marketing)

Location: Dombivli East, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time (Office-Based)

About Us:

Shree Infra is an ISO-certified company with over 15 years of experience in Civil Construction, MEP Services, Structural Steel Fabrication, Industrial Projects, Interior Works and Turnkey Contracting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to support our business development and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to builders, developers, architects, consultants and industrial companies.
Introduce and promote Shree Infra's Civil, MEP and Turnkey Project services.
Generate new business inquiries and identify upcoming construction projects.
Contact purchase managers, project managers and other decision-makers.
Send company profiles and follow-up emails or WhatsApp messages.
Follow up on quotations, proposals and existing client inquiries.
Schedule meetings for the management and business development team.
Maintain daily calling records, client databases and follow-up reports.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate.
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can also apply).
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email and Internet Research.
Good convincing skills and professional telephone etiquette.
Experience in Construction, Real Estate or B2B Telemarketing will be an added advantage.
