Job Title: Telesales Executive (US Process)
Company: Nefroverse Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Location: C-44, 2nd Floor, Sector 65, Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201301
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US market.
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Explain company services and offerings to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve sales performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experience in US Sales Process will be an added advantage.
