Sales & Marketing Executive

Customer Engagement: Greet, assist, and engage customers entering the showroom in a friendly and professional manner.

Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and services to provide detailed information, answer questions, and highlight features/benefits.

Sales & Closing: Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, demonstrate features, negotiate terms, and process sales transactions.

Target Achievement: Work towards achieving personal and team sales targets and KPIs.

Showroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom, including product displays and merchandising.

Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with customers, resolve issues, and build strong relationships for repeat business and future sales.

Reporting & Admin: Manage customer records, update sales systems, and prepare sales reports.

Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues and internal teams (marketing, support) to achieve overall goals.
