Marketing Executive

Company Overview: We are a chemical trading company looking to expand our marketing team . We specialize in supplying chemicals to various industries such as food, pharmaceuticals , and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

Manage and nurture relationships with both existing and new customers.

Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary product information.

Lead Generation & Sales :

Generate new leads through cold calling, outbound calls, and online research.

Follow up on leads and work to convert them into sales.

Communication :

Use various communication channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails) to stay in touch with customers.

Marketing & Promotions:

Implement bulk email marketing campaigns to attract new customers and generate leads.

Data Management:

Maintain a detailed and accurate MIS (Management Information System) report in Excel, tracking customer interactions and follow-ups.

Ensure the database is regularly updated.

Product Knowledge:

Gain understanding of the chemicals supplied to different industries (food, pharmaceutical, etc.).

Provide technical support and product information to customers as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Good Communication Skills : The ability to interact confidently with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Computer Proficiency : Comfortable using Excel to maintain reports and databases; familiarity with email marketing tools.

Proactive & Confident : Ability to independently generate leads and follow up to close sales.

Industry Knowledge : Product training related to chemicals supplied to food and pharmaceutical industries will be provided .

Young & Energetic : Looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
