We are seeking a highly motivated and confident inhouse sales personal to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong convincing abilities, and an aggressive approach toward achieving targets. This role requires multitasking capability, disciplined work ethic, and consistent follow-up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
• Engage clients with clear, confident, and persuasive communication.
• Identify customer needs, provide accurate information, and generate interest.
• Follow up aggressively on leads to ensure timely conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-up actions.
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall targets and objectives.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently without compromising on quality of work.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, discipline, and professional conduct at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills over phone calls.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Aggressive attitude with a strong follow-up approach.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand products and adapt quickly.
• Well-disciplined, groomed, and presentable personality.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools (added advantage). Qualification & Experience
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in tele sales or customer dealing (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
