Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of visa sales consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales performance and product knowledge.

• Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and conversions to ensure consistent results.

• Manage team scheduling, attendance, and adherence to processes.

Sales & Revenue Generation

• Drive international visa sales for B2C clients through outbound/inbound calls, email, and digital platforms.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Assist team members in closing high-value or complex sales deals.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel-related services (e.g., insurance, holiday packages).

Customer Experience & Service

• Ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries, documentation, and visa application submissions.

• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.

• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track and report sales performance, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics to management.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with operations, documentation, and quality teams to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Travel & Tourism, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in B2C international visa sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of international visa processes (tourist).

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle pressure, manage a team, and resolve escalations effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales tracking systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the travel and tourism industry (B2C sales).

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to drive team performance through motivation and accountability.
