We are looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Representative / Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team at Vigyapan Waale, a digital marketing and video production agency.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up with potential clients.

Understand client requirements and explain our services.

Schedule and attend client meetings (online/offline).

Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project execution.

Maintain records of leads and follow-ups.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Client Servicing, or Customer Support.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

Confident, well-spoken, and customer-focused.

Comfortable making calls and attending meetings.

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing or Social Media is an added advantage.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.
