Job Title: Material and Resource Planning (Sales Co-ordinator )

Nisiki is a manufacturer of high precision electro-mechanical components and a Total Solution

Provider for the success of more than 600+ OEM customers. As a Material and Resource Planning,

you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials within our organization. Nisiki components are highly critical and essential for the customer’s finished product. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating material requirements, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting efficient production processes and as a result contribute to the growth of Nisiki.

Basic Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: B. Com Graduate.

2. Professional Experience: Min Two to Three years.

3. Basic Location: Kandivali (W), Mumbai.

4. Willingness to travel (When needed).

5. Excellent verbal & written communication. Well versed with computer knowledge of MSOffice

is Mandatory.

6. Ability to adjust to and work with teams.

Additional Requirements:

1.Co-ordinate and execute Domestic Dispatches.

2.Making of proper documentation of the dispatches.

3.Co-ordinates with customers / transporter and factories.

4.Keeps Up-to date Records and make available for Audits whenever required.

5.Maintains the schedule for Dispatch and monitors the same for smooth functioning.

6.Preparation of Daily Dispatch Reports & provide it to all concerning departments.

7.Priority of dispatch as per plan received from customers.

8.Handling issues related to Dispatches.

9.Ensure timely removal of Consignment to avoid Demurrage charges.

10.Any other work assigned by HOD.

11.Understanding Customer Consumption Pattern.
