Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Client Consultation
Understand customer requirements and business challenges.
Present suitable products and services that meet client needs.
Negotiation & Closing
Prepare quotations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
Successfully close sales and achieve assigned targets.
Account Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams when required.
Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Update CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
