Location: Sector 127, Noida
Work Mode: Work From Office
Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview Only

Job Role

Handle inbound customer calls
Resolve customer queries and service requests
Upsell banking products such as:
Credit/Debit Card Upgrades
EMI Conversions
Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)
Insurance Products

Graduate / Undergraduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
Excellent English communication required

Shift Details

Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
