Job Title: Credit Card & Loan Processing Executive (Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our team as Credit Card & Loan Processing Executives. The candidate will assist in processing credit card and loan applications, verifying documents, and coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process credit card and loan applications (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Business Loan, etc.) accurately and efficiently.

• Follow up with customers for pending documents and application status updates.

• Handle customer queries related to eligibility, documentation, and processing timelines.

• Achieve monthly processing targets and maintain TAT (Turnaround Time).

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
