Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Understand customers' financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Promote Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Balance Transfers, and other financial services.

• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

• Stay updated on financial products, lending policies, and market trends.

• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the loan process.
