Learning Routes is hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Associates to join our team across multiple locations.

📍 Locations: Gurugram | Delhi | Noida | Bangalore | Mumbai
💼 Experience: 0–3 Years
🎓 Education: Graduation/Post Graduation
💰 Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000/month
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
📅 Working Days: Monday–Saturday
🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with working professionals and understand their career goals

• Counsel candidates on suitable management programs

• Handle calls, follow-ups and lead conversion

• Maintain lead records and achieve monthly sales targets

• Build strong relationships with prospective candidates

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi

• Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset

• Confident, self-motivated and eager to learn

• Passion for sales and ability to work in a competitive environment

• It is a Full Time కస్టమర్ మద్దతు / టెలికాలర్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
