Position: Trainee – Sales Executive

Location: Remote / WFH / Noida

Reports To: Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager

Objective

To learn and execute end-to-end sales processes for Borg Desk ERP, including lead handling, client interaction, demos, and conversion, while building strong foundations in B2B sales and ERP product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Prospecting – Work on leads generated through marketing campaigns, cold calls, and networking.

2. Client Communication – Connect with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to understand business requirements.

3. Product Presentation – Assist in product demos and presentations for Borg Desk ERP solutions.

4. Sales Pipeline Management – Update and track leads in CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.

5. Target Achievement – Support in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets under supervision.

6. Learning & Development – Participate in structured training programs on ERP modules, sales skills, and customer engagement.

7. Coordination – Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.

8. Reporting – Submit daily/weekly activity and progress reports to the Sales Team Lead.

9. Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business or IT or Similar Company, but open to all streams).

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Basic understanding of ERP/CRM software (added advantage).

● Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven.

● Comfortable with MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
Growth Path

● 3–6 months: Trainee (with stipend/training allowance).
● Post Training: Confirmation as Sales Executive based on performance.
● Opportunities to grow into Sr. Sales Executive → Sales Team Lead → Sales Manager → Regional Sales Head.
