Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Lead Calling: Contact customers who have enquired about ElderBlissCare's services through calls and WhatsApp.
2.Customer Interaction: Understand customer requirements and explain our elder care and home healthcare services clearly.
3.Lead Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested customers and maintain strong communication until closure.
4.CRM Management: Update customer details, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules accurately in the CRM or Excel.
5.Target Achievement: Complete daily call and follow-up targets while working towards lead conversions under the guidance of the sales team.
6.Learning & Team Support: Learn sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge while supporting the sales team in day-to-day activities.
